The Peoples Official Plan Coalition submitted a letter to Marcia Wallace, newly appointed General Manager of Planning, Development and Building Services at the City of Ottawa, on June 30th, 2025.
Given POP’s shared interests in housing equity, transit, greenspace, food security, climate adaptation and mitigation, walkability, and active transportation – which intersect with the department’s mandate – we requested a meeting with Marcia to introduce ourselves as a coalition and learn about her priorities for the remainder of this term of Council.
